Waste Bans- Solid Waste Restrictions

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the state of Rhode Island have institued solid waste regualtions to help protect the environment. Both the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management  take these regualtions very seriously. Violations may result in public citations and fines.  For more detailed information, visit their websites.
