What's Going On

Merger Information:

Allied Waste is now Republic Services.  On December 5, 2008, Republic Services, Inc. completed a merger with Allied Waste Industries.  The merger brought together two mature companies with similar business practices and performance metrics that have been developed and refined over the course of a number of years.  The combination of our maturity, proven business practices and performance metrics will be a critical component of our future sucess.  Our merger gives us a unique opportunity to combine the strengths of these two successful organizations and create a best-in-class waste management company. 

On a side note, We will continue to operate as Allied Waste of Fall River, in New England for the foreseeable future.
